I hope that Craig is still reading this newsgroup and will respond to
you, but his message was over 13 years ago and that's the only post
that google groups shows for him in this group. I think I was around
back then but I don't have the spreadsheet. Not many people post here
but you might get lucky.
The mailing list is still active. I found an archive with recent posts
at https://www.mail-archive.com/feistfans-***@list.cornell.edu/info.html
and there are older archives at Crydee.com. Perhaps you could ask
there.
